Each plate is handpainted with thin layers of high-quality
paint made specifically for use on porcelain. After each layer of
paint, the plate is “fired” in a kiln at appoximately
1400 degrees fahrenheit. Most porcelain pieces require repeated kiln
firings, from three to even ten times to develop depth and richness.
Each
piece is signed and numbered by Debra and a “Certificate
of Authenticity” is provided. There are no two pieces alike,
adding to the uniqueness of the handpainting and creating of a
collectable, heirloom quality piece of art.
